Terms & Conditions
- The maximum bonus amount per customer is $40,000.
- This losable bonus can be withdrawn at a rate of $200 for every 80 lots round trip traded on FX and Metals.
- The bonus can be converted into cash once a month only.
- If the customer chooses to withdraw funds from their trading account, then any bonus amount which was not converted into cash will be deducted from their account. However, if the customer chooses to withdraw only the profits generated from trading, then any bonus amount which has not been converted into cash will not be deducted from their account.
- Clients must complete trading requirements within 90 days of receiving the bonus. If the full trading requirements are not met at the time of expiry, clients are only entitled to a percentage of the bonus calculated pro rata.
- Clients requesting a negative balance adjustment will have their full bonus removed to cover the negative balance adjustment, but will be entitled to deposit again and receive the bonus on their new deposit so long as they have not reached the $40,000 threshold.
- This bonus cannot be used in combination with any other bonuses.
- The client is only eligible for a bonus on one trading account only.
- This bonus applies to MT4, MT5 Pro and Standard Accounts.
- TransXmarket reserves the right to correct the trading calculation in the event of any suspected abuse or manipulation of this bonus policy and promotion.
- Bonus should be requested within two business days to be credited to the trading account.
- Clients who are trading under a MAM or PAMM are not entitled to any bonus.
- An internal transfer request from the bonus account will be treated as a withdrawal from that trading account. If the client wishes to do an internal transfer to another trading account, the client needs to maintain a secured amount of equity.
- If the client's positions are closed due to a stop out before having the bonus added, the client is not eligible for the bonus.
- The bonus is applicable on deposited amount only to the bonus designated account. The client is not eligible for the bonus on internal transfers.
- Clients based in Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Bangladesh are not currently eligible for this bonus.
- We reserve the right to revoke any bonuses credited to your trading account if we detect any misuse or abuse of the granted bonus.
- Any client who has benefited from the 30% bonus is not eligible for the 20% bonus unless the 30% bonus is completely deducted from the trading account.
- The 20% bonus promotion is only applicable for Fiat deposits.

Terms & Conditions
- New individual clients can join the cashback program when opening a trading account.
- Existing individual clients can register for this program. The cashback will be calculated on the volume traded after the registration date (previous volume will not be applied).
- The products that are included in the volume traded are Forex and Metals only.
- The maximum cashback amount will be capped at $20,000.
- Any client, who registers in the program, will not be eligible for any other promotions running at the same time.
- Cashback program is only available to Individual Clients and any account that is non rebate generating.
- Scalping trades (trades held less than 120 seconds) will not be included in the calculation.
- All transactions completed in compliance with the terms of the Customer Agreement (excluding, if applicable, ‘Forex Direct' (DMA) trades) are eligible for a refund.
- The Tier Sums are in millions of dollars notional traded.
- The above terms are applicable to the promotion and form an addendum to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Client Agreement. Clients should ensure they have read and understood all Terms and Conditions applicable to their account.
- The client is only eligible for the cashback program on one active trading account only.
